Gold Teardrop Pendant

Etched Pendant, Keum Boo Pendant, Hollow Form Pendant, Carved Teardrop

This hollow form pendant is substantial without uncomfortable weight. The overall kite or diamond shape is adorned with a damask pattern that has been etched into the sterling silver giving it a carved appearance. Then, a layer of 23.5k gold was then applied using an ancient korean method called keum boo that bonds the 2 metals together. The result is simply stunning with the deep rich color of pure gold.
